This Cookie Policy explains how Jetty Partners LLC and Jetty Partners UK Ltd (“Jetty Partners”, “we”, “us”, “our”) use cookies and similar technologies on our website at www.jettypartners.com (the “Website”), what they do, and the choices you have. 3. The types of cookies and analytics we use
3.1 Strictly necessary cookies
These are essential for the Website to function and to remember your privacy choices. They are set in response to actions you take, such as saving your cookie preferences or securing the site. They do not require consent.
3.2 Analytics cookies – Google Analytics 4 (consent required)
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use our Website so we can improve it. Google Analytics sets cookies and transfers data to Google (including in the United States). Because this involves a third party, we only load Google Analytics after you give consent through our cookie banner, and we use Google Consent Mode so that no analytics cookies are set until you agree. You can withdraw consent at any time.
3.3 Cookieless analytics – Umami (no consent required)
We also use Umami, a privacy-friendly analytics tool that is cookieless. It does not store cookies on your device, does not collect your IP address or any information that identifies you, and produces only aggregated, anonymous statistics. Because it does not store or access information on your device and does not process personal data, it does not require consent. Umami respects browser “Do Not Track” signals.

5. Your choices in the UK and EU/EEA
When you first visit our Website, we show you a cookie banner. Strictly necessary cookies are always active. We will only load Google Analytics after you give consent by clicking “Accept”. You can:
- Accept or Reject analytics cookies with equal ease from the banner;
- Change or withdraw your consent at any time by clicking the “Cookie Settings” link in the Website footer.
Withdrawing consent will not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal. Our cookieless Umami analytics continues to run either way, as it does not store cookies or process personal data.
6. Your choices in the United States (including California)
We do not use cookies for advertising, and we do not sell or share your personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising. You can still control analytics cookies. You can:
- reject analytics cookies in our cookie banner or the “Cookie Settings” link; and/or
- enable an opt-out preference signal such as the Global Privacy Control (GPC) in your browser, which we recognise and honour — if GPC is enabled, we will not set Google Analytics cookies for that browser or device.
7. Managing cookies through your browser
Most browsers let you view, manage, delete and block cookies. If you block all cookies, some parts of the Website may not work. Instructions for common browsers:

8. “Do Not Track” and opt-out preference signals
Some browsers offer a “Do Not Track” (DNT) setting. There is no common industry standard for DNT, so our Google Analytics does not respond to it; however, our Umami analytics does respect DNT. We also recognise and honour the Global Privacy Control (GPC) opt-out preference signal as described in Section 6.

We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time to reflect changes in the cookies or analytics we use, or for other operational, legal or regulatory reasons. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Please revisit this page regularly.
