With a career defined by precision, discretion, and cross-sector fluency, Caroline oversees the firm's internal infrastructure and executional engine—ensuring that every engagement, partnership, and client interaction runs with clarity and control.
Earlier in her career, Caroline held a trusted role at K2 Integrity, working directly with the CEO, CFO, and EVP to support firmwide initiatives. In that role, she oversaw contract administration, coordinated multi-jurisdictional licensing and insurance compliance, and led the preparation of board materials in advance of executive and board-level meetings.
Caroline later led operational functions within a single family office, managing everything from vendor coordination and contract oversight to international travel and sensitive logistics. She also brings foundational experience in project management and production workflows from time spent in the media and advertising industries.
At Jetty Partners, Caroline is responsible for the full lifecycle of engagement execution—from contract structuring and internal resource planning to partner alignment, team deployment, and high-touch logistics.
