Jordan Arnold

New York

Jordan Arnold, CEO and founding principal of Jetty Partners, is a strategist and advisor to UHNW families, private individuals, executives and board members. His clients include families represented in the top ten of the Forbes 400, wealth creators approaching an initial liquidity event, and leaders of public and private companies.

After graduating from Vanderbilt Law School, Jordan joined the Manhattan District Attorney’s Office under Robert M. Morgenthau, investigating and prosecuting homicide, kidnapping, extortion, gang violence, and fraud. He was routinely selected to lead sensitive investigations, including thefts within judicial chambers and the police commissioner’s office. Under District Attorney Cyrus R. Vance, Jr., he was tapped to build and lead the office’s FinCEN-linked Financial Intelligence Unit.

Following his government service, Jordan was Executive Vice President at K2 Integrity, where he created and globally led its private client division while advising a diverse roster of corporate clients. Many colleagues from that period work alongside him today at Jetty Partners.

For over a decade, Jordan has advised on the due diligence, security, privacy, and reputational considerations associated with substantial wealth. He has also helped clients navigate consequential disputes and threats involving family members, their interests, and the businesses underlying that wealth.

Jordan’s work for corporate clients around the world spans litigation and dispute support, as well as sensitive investigations. His experience includes MDL proceedings stemming from large-scale data breaches, cross-border extractive disputes, and fraud, misconduct, and other internal matters involving high-stakes interviews, digital forensics, and field surveillance.

Drawing on his experience as a lawyer and investigator, Jordan devises strategies, assembles teams on clients’ behalf, and leads matters through to resolution. In past engagements, he has developed a successful summary judgment strategy and recruited counsel who obtained it; established a monitorship that brought a dispute to a close; and formed the joint investigative and legal team that secured an eight-figure pre-litigation settlement.

Jordan has also led a broad range of security and crisis-response engagements spanning enterprise program transformation, protective operations, and emergency response. Representative matters include:

  • Supporting families through threats and crises with 24/7 security agents and protective surveillance for weeks and months at a time;
  • Helping transform an NBA franchise’s existing security function into an enterprise-wide program, including the placement of its first chief security officer;
  • Conceiving and building an external security operations center for a national bank to stabilize operations ahead of a broader transformation;
  • Directing protective operations for student activists on a months-long tour;
  • Safeguarding personnel and facilities across a client’s nationwide footprint during rolling unrest; and
  • Directing the protection of policyholders’ homes following hurricanes and wildfires on behalf of multiple insurance carriers.

Jordan continues his public service locally as an interior firefighter/EMT with the heavy rescue and marine units of his community’s volunteer fire department.
