Senior Advisor Kevin Dooley brings nearly two decades of executive leadership in safety, security, and guest experience for some of the nation’s most significant planned events, premier professional sports organizations, and largest entertainment venues. His expertise spans enterprise security, incident management, event operations, guest experience, facility management, and transportation and parking operations.
As a Senior Advisor to Jetty Partners, Kevin advises the firm’s leadership and provides strategic guidance on matters involving venue security, public assembly safety, major event operations, and emerging risks affecting sports, entertainment, and other public-facing environments. His experience helps inform the firm’s thinking, methodologies, and approach to complex client matters, and he serves as a trusted advisor to the Jetty Partners team on issues within his areas of expertise. Kevin currently serves as Vice President of Security and Experience for the LA Clippers, where he leads the organization’s integrated security and guest experience strategy.
Prior to joining the Clippers, Kevin held senior safety and security leadership positions with MLB’s San Diego Padres and the NBA’s Atlanta Hawks, San Antonio Spurs, and Charlotte Hornets.
Throughout his career, Kevin has directed security planning and operations for many of the nation’s highest-profile events, including the Super Bowl, Democratic National Convention, World Series, NBA Finals, NBA All-Star Games, NCAA Tournaments, and numerous concerts, conferences, and other large-scale public events.
A recognized leader in venue safety and security transformation, Kevin has overseen major initiatives including the comprehensive renovations of the AT&T Center in Texas and State Farm Arena in Georgia, helping modernize security operations while enhancing the overall guest experience. His leadership also contributed to Petco Park achieving SAFETY Act Designation and Certification from the U.S. Department of Homeland Security.
Kevin has built enduring partnerships with public safety agencies, government officials, and first responders throughout his career while ensuring compliance with evolving regulatory and operational requirements.
Kevin is an active member of the International Association of Venue Managers (IAVM) and the National Center for Spectator Sports Safety and Security (NCS4). He was recognized as an NCS4 Industry Leader Under 40 in 2016, is a graduate of the Academy for Venue Safety and Security (AVSS), and regularly contributes to industry conferences and professional education programs.
