He works closely with executives, legal counsel, and operational leaders to navigate critical technology decisions, strengthen technology and AI governance, and align technology investments with long-term business objectives.
Prior to joining Jetty Partners, Patrick held senior engineering leadership roles across startups, growth-stage companies, and established enterprises. He has built and scaled engineering organizations, modernized software platforms, established practical AI governance, and guided executive teams through periods of growth and transformation.
His experience also includes technology assessments, software due diligence, technical investigations, and software-related disputes, providing independent analysis to support transactions, regulatory matters, and high-impact engagements.
